This page provides answers to questions that we have received from many users.


How do I change my password?
Login to your account. After your account page has finished loading, scroll down to the Enter Your Account Information section.

You will find two fields labeled Password and Confirm Password. To change your password, enter it into both of these fields and click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

Your password can be changed at anytime and can be anything of your choosing. Rememebr not to share your account information to anyone else.


I forgot or lost my password, how do I find out what it is?

Go to the Login page and near the bottom you will find a place to enter your email address to request your password. Once you have clicked Submit it will be mailed to that address.


When I try to login, I get an error that says my password is wrong, what do I do?
Make sure that you are entering the password exactly the way it was sent to you, there should be no spaces in your password and captial letters need to be typed in as capitals in your password.

How do I share today's email with my friends and family?
There is a link located just about the email title called "Share this with a friend." Click on that link and your web browser should take you to the Sharring page where you can enter an email address to have the message sent to.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can send this email too?
No, but you do have to enter their email address one at a time.

Can I use this program if I am using AOL or WebTV?
Absolutely, we have designed the program to work on most computers and Internet appliances.


What if I have a different email address?
Then you will have to re-register with the new email address.


Can I use some of the email messages on my web site?
No you can not. All of the content found in the email messages is copywritten and owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network. You may not duplicate any portion of the email messages without expressed written consent by the management of TBN.
